Arbitrary SMS delivery via attacker-controlled resend message

Authorization bypass in the Tabit resend OTP API before 3.27.0 allows remote authenticated users to send arbitrary SMS messages. The API accepts a recipient phone number and attacker-controlled CustomMessage value, sends that text under Tabit's identity, and replaces an embedded {{OTP}} token with an OTP. Low-privileged API access is required, and the demonstrated consequence is forged SMS delivery to registered users; broader template injection remains unconfirmed.
