CVE-2022-34761Network attack vector

Webserver crash via JSON null pointer dereference

Published Jul 13, 2022 · Updated Sep 16, 2024

Null pointer dereference in BMENOR2200H and BMENUA0100 webservers allows remote attackers to crash them via crafted JSON content. The JSON content-type parser dereferences a null pointer while processing attacker-controlled input, terminating the webserver. No authentication or user interaction is required; successful exploitation interrupts web management without reported data exposure or modification.
