A buffer overflow in Schneider Electric Easergy P5 before V01.401.102 allows remote attackers to execute code or crash the Web HMI HTTPS stack. The HTTPS stack copies attacker-controlled Web HMI input without first checking that it fits; Schneider Electric has not disclosed the specific request field or code locus. The device must be reachable on an adjacent network with HTTPS enabled; no authentication or user interaction is required, and exploitation runs code or interrupts Web HMI service.
