Code execution via installer search-path hijacking

Uncontrolled search path handling in Schneider Electric Easergy Builder 1.7.23 and earlier allows local users to execute arbitrary code. The installer searches an uncontrolled path element and processes a specially crafted file placed on the target machine. Exploitation requires a privileged local account and a valid user to initiate installation, after which attacker-supplied code executes.
