SQL injection in getstatecity.php in SourceCodester Human Resource Management System allows remote authenticated users to read database data via crafted ci parameters. The endpoint incorporates ci input into SQL without adequate neutralization, allowing injected query syntax to alter database statements. The attack reaches the network-facing endpoint with low privileges and no user interaction; reported impact is limited to database confidentiality.
