Unauthenticated IPv6 packet RCE

Remote code execution in Windows TCP/IP in Microsoft Windows versions listed by the advisory allows remote attackers to execute code via crafted IPv6 packets. The tcpip.sys IPv6 fragment reassembly path mishandles ESP payload length and performs an out-of-bounds write into kernel pool memory. Exploitation requires IPsec to be enabled and a reachable Windows node; no user interaction or credentials are required.
