Code execution via diagnostic package path traversal

Path traversal in Microsoft Windows MSDT allows attackers to execute code when a user opens a crafted diagnostic cabinet file. sdiageng.dll trusts a folder path from the package configuration XML and copies referenced files without blocking traversal outside the intended directory. Opening the .diagcab file is required, and the flaw can plant an executable in the Startup folder to run with the victim's privileges.
