Data disclosure or tampering via off-by-one error
Published Dec 30, 2022 · Updated Apr 10, 2025
An off-by-one error in NVIDIA vGPU Software 14.3 and earlier allows local users to disclose or tamper with data through nvidia.ko. NVIDIA identifies the kernel-mode module and an out-of-bounds read but has not disclosed the affected function or the operation that miscalculates the boundary. Exploitation requires local low-privilege access and can affect confidentiality or integrity without reported code execution.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
