Unauthenticated TMM crash via TLS requests

NULL pointer dereference in F5 BIG-IP 15.1.x before 15.1.6.1 and 16.1.x before 16.1.3.1 allows remote attackers to crash TMM. With TLS 1.3 enabled on an LTM Client or Server SSL profile and an iRule that calls HTTP::respond, undisclosed requests dereference a null pointer in TMM and terminate the process. The vulnerable virtual-server configuration is required, and exploitation interrupts traffic handled by the terminated TMM instance without affecting confidentiality or integrity.
