Incorrect fault reporting via misclassified PMP exceptions

Incorrect exception handling in CVA6 and BOOM processor cores allows local users to trigger incorrect fault reporting during address translation. When a store uses a virtual address whose non-leaf page-table entry lies outside the PMP range, CVA6 reports a load-access fault and BOOM reports a store-page fault instead of the required store-access fault. The public reports demonstrate the architectural-state discrepancy but identify no resulting crash, hang, data exposure, or code execution.
