Unauthenticated code execution via oversized URL copy

Stack overflow in H3C Magic R200 firmware R200V200R004L02 allows remote attackers to execute code via a crafted /ihomers/app URL. The web component derives a boundary with strlen, truncates the URL, and uses strncpy to copy attacker-controlled path data into a stack buffer without an adequate destination bound. The request requires no authentication or user interaction, and successful exploitation yields a root shell on the router.
