Unauthenticated code execution via unbounded HOST copy

Stack overflow in /dotrace.asp in H3C Magic R200 R200V200R004L02 allows remote attackers to execute code via the HOST parameter. The handler copies bytes between HOST= and the next ampersand into the V10 stack array with strncpy without limiting the copy to the destination size. An unauthenticated HTTP request to the router's diagnostic endpoint can corrupt the stack and yield a root shell.
