Authenticated database disclosure via unsanitized editid
Published Jul 20, 2022 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
SQL injection in itsourcecode.com Hospital Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to read database data via editid. The /HMS/admin.php edit workflow places the editid query-string value into an administrator-record database query without neutralizing quote and UNION syntax. An administrator session is required; the published proof of concept supplies a session cookie and demonstrates disclosure of the current database name.
