Process crash via missing bytecode stack slot

Out-of-bounds read in WASM3 0.5.0 allows local users to crash an embedding process by supplying crafted WebAssembly bytecode. Compile_Memory_CopyFill mishandles bytecode whose stack lacks an expected slot, allowing the slot index to overflow during compilation and cause a segmentation fault. Execution requires an application to compile the malformed module with user interaction; the documented consequence is a process crash only.
