Authenticated command execution via unbounded diagnostic copy

Stack-based buffer overflow in D-Link DSL-3782 firmware 1.03 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute commands. The cfg_manager diagnostic handler passes the attacker-controlled Addr value through getAttrValue to strcpy without bounding the stack destination. LAN-side access to the authenticated web interface is required; a successful payload can execute commands in the service context or reboot the device.
