Authenticated command execution via traceroute address injection

OS command injection in D-Link DSL-3782 firmware 1.03 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute commands from the LAN. The cfg_manager diagnostics handler inserts the Addr value into a traceroute command with sprintf and passes the resulting byte_4C0160 buffer to system. Access to the router management page and a valid authenticated session are required; injected commands run in the device's cfg_manager context.
