Local system crash via duplicate RPMSG free

Double free in the Linux kernel before 5.18.4 allows local users to crash the system through a virtio RPMSG device-registration failure. When rpmsg_ctrldev_register_device fails, virtio_rpmsg_release_device frees vch, and rpmsg_virtio_add_ctrl_dev then frees the same allocation again. Reachability requires low-privileged local access and the affected virtio RPMSG registration error path; the resulting impact is a system crash.
