Code execution via NEU parser over-read

Out-of-bounds read in Siemens Parasolid and Simcenter Femap allows attackers to execute code by supplying a crafted NEU file. The NEU parser reads beyond the end of an allocated structure when it processes malformed file data, exposing adjacent memory to control-flow misuse. Exploitation requires a user to open the malicious file, and successful execution runs in the current process context.
