OS command injection in Dell PowerPath Management Appliance 3.3, 3.2.x, 3.1, and 3.0.x allows remote authenticated users to execute commands as root. Dell identifies the flaw only as operating system command injection and does not disclose the affected endpoint, parameter, or unsafe command-building operation. Administrative access to the remote management interface is required, after which injected commands run with root privileges and can fully control the appliance.
