Communication disclosure via hard-coded SSH key

Hard-coded SSH keys in Dell Enterprise SONiC Distribution 4.0.0 and 4.0.1 allow remote attackers to access communications. The operating-system image installs a fixed cryptographic key for SSH instead of creating a unique device key, allowing possession of that embedded key to defeat communication confidentiality. Exploitation requires network reachability to SSH and knowledge of the hard-coded key; the published impact excludes modification and service interruption.
