CVE-2022-3441Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Stored script execution via unsanitized settings text

Published Oct 31, 2022 · Updated May 6, 2025

Stored XSS in Rock Content Rock Convert before 2.11.0 allows remote authenticated users with administrator access to inject scripts. The settings form accepts its text field without sufficient sanitization and later renders the stored value without adequate output escaping. An administrator must save the payload, and the script runs in the browser of a user who opens an injected page, including when unfiltered_html is disabled.
