Reflected XSS via unescaped widget URL attribute

Reflected XSS in Rock Convert before 2.11.0 allows remote attackers to execute script in a visitor's browser through a crafted URL. When a specific plugin widget renders, it copies an unsanitized and unescaped URL into an HTML attribute. A victim must open the crafted URL and the target page must contain the affected widget, enabling script execution in that browser context.
