Unmaintained third-party code in Dell BSAFE SSL-J 7.0 and before 6.5 and Crypto-J before 6.2.6.1 allows remote attackers to compromise systems. Dell has not identified the component or published the operation on untrusted input that enables exploitation. The flaw requires no authentication when an embedding Java application exposes the affected library to network input; reported impact is unauthorized data access and modification, not service interruption.
