Denial of service in IBM Cognos Analytics Mobile Server 11.1.7, 11.2.4, and 12.0.0 allows remote authenticated users to interrupt service. The Mobile Server accepts HTTP requests without an effective rate limit, allowing one account to issue unlimited requests until server resources are exhausted. Successful exploitation requires valid user access and sustained request volume, and it makes the service unavailable to other users.
