User impersonation via session reuse after logout

Session fixation in IBM Sterling Partner Engagement Manager 2.0 allows remote authenticated users to impersonate another user after logout. The logout path leaves the existing session valid instead of invalidating it, so a retained session credential remains accepted. An authenticated user with another user's still-valid session credential can act as that user and perform actions in that account.
