Authenticated service interruption via JSON hash flooding

Hash flooding in Haskell.org aeson before 2.0.1.0 allows remote authenticated users to exhaust CPU by submitting crafted JSON objects. Data.Aeson.Value stores object keys in an unordered-containers HashMap whose predictable FNV hashing lets many attacker-chosen keys share one bucket and trigger quadratic insertion work. A reachable application must parse attacker-controlled JSON objects with an affected library; the resulting CPU consumption can stall the application without exposing or modifying data.
