Cross-user script execution via unsanitized notifications

Stored cross-site scripting in Sage Enterprise Intelligence 2021 R1.1 allows remote authenticated users to run scripts in other users' browsers. The SendNotification SignalR message accepts attacker-controlled HTML in its first JSON array element and renders it directly in recipients' notification centers. An authenticated account is required, notifications must be enabled for cross-user execution, and the resulting script can steal an administrator session or perform administrator actions.
