Incorrect permissions in Lenovo Notebook BIOS allow local users with elevated privileges to disable Secure Boot through an NVRAM variable. The WmiSetupUnderOsDxe DXE driver checks L05WSBD and disables Secure Boot when L05SecureBootData.Action is set to 2. Exploitation requires local administrative control and permits unsigned UEFI applications to execute during boot.
