Application crash via unchecked DW_FORM_ref_sig8 read

Heap-based buffer over-read in libdwarf 0.4.0 allows context-dependent attackers to crash applications via a crafted DWARF file. The dwarf_global_formref_b function copies an eight-byte DW_FORM_ref_sig8 value without first verifying that it remains within its section. Triggering the flaw requires an application linked to the library to process the crafted file, and the resulting out-of-bounds read terminates the process.
