Information disclosure via unchecked PCB decoding

Stack corruption in Siemens PADS Standard/Plus Viewer all versions allows attackers to disclose process information through crafted PCB files. The PCB decoder accesses malformed file data without adequate bounds checks, corrupting stack memory and exposing data in the current process. Exploitation requires a user to open an attacker-supplied PCB file, and disclosure remains limited to information accessible within that process.
