Process-memory disclosure via PCB parser stack corruption

Stack corruption in Siemens PADS Standard/Plus Viewer all versions allows attackers to read process memory via a crafted PCB file. The PCB decoder applies an improper bounds check to malformed file data, causing out-of-bounds memory access and stack corruption in the viewer process. Exploitation requires a user to open an untrusted PCB file; the documented consequence is information disclosure, not code execution or service interruption.
