Sensitive memory disclosure via embedded-font buffer over-read
Published Aug 11, 2022 · Updated Apr 23, 2025
Out-of-bounds read in Adobe Illustrator 26.3.1 and earlier and 25.4.6 and earlier allows remote attackers to disclose sensitive memory. The embedded-font parser reads past the end of an allocated buffer when it processes crafted font data. A victim must visit a malicious page or open a malicious file, and the disclosure can expose process data or help bypass ASLR.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
