Authenticated denial of service via oversized project title
Published Oct 7, 2022 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
Uncontrolled resource consumption in NocoDB before 0.92.0 allows remote authenticated users to interrupt service via a crafted project title. The projectCreate handler accepted an unbounded title and processed it during project creation; the fix rejects titles longer than 50 characters. Project-creation access is required, and an oversized title can exhaust server resources and deny service.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
