Stored XSS via unescaped parameter names
Published Jun 22, 2022 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
Stored XSS in Jenkins Project NS-ND Integration Performance Publisher before 4.8.0.129 allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts. Parameter-rendering views insert attacker-controlled NetStorm Test parameter names into HTML without output escaping. Exploitation requires Item/Configure permission and a page that lists the parameter without Jenkins core or plugin hardening; scripts run in a viewer's browser context.
