Stored XSS via unformatted test descriptions

Stored XSS in Jenkins JUnit Plugin 1119.va_a_5e9068da_d7 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to run script in the Jenkins UI. The CaseResult, ClassResult, History, and MetaTabulatedResult Jelly views render attacker-controlled test descriptions without passing them through the configured markup formatter. Run/Update permission is required to store the description, and viewing an affected test-report page triggers the injected script in the viewer's browser.
