Stored XSS via unescaped icon tooltips

Stored XSS in Jenkins 2.340 through 2.355 allows remote authenticated users to run script through symbol-based icon tooltips. Symbol-based icon rendering unescapes tooltip parameter values after they were already escaped, placing attacker-controlled markup into the Jenkins UI. Job/Configure permission is required, and viewing the affected interface executes the injected HTML or JavaScript in the viewer's browser.
