XSS via unescaped SVG icon attributes

Cross-site scripting in Jenkins 2.321 through 2.355 and LTS 2.332.1 through 2.332.3 allows remote authenticated users to execute script. Symbol-based SVG icon rendering inserts the l:ionicon title attribute or l:icon alt attribute into generated HTML without further escaping. Job/Configure permission is required, and execution occurs when another user opens the affected Jenkins interface.
