XSS via unescaped help-tooltip feature names

Cross-site scripting in Jenkins 2.320 through 2.355 and LTS 2.332.1 through 2.332.3 allows remote authenticated users to inject JavaScript. The help-icon tooltip renderer inserts an attacker-controlled feature name into HTML without escaping it, undoing an earlier encoding safeguard. Exploitation requires Job/Configure permission and a user to view the crafted tooltip, enabling script execution in that user's Jenkins browser context.
