CVE-2022-34155Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Subscriber privilege abuse via unauthorized AJAX actions

Published Jul 18, 2023 · Updated Apr 28, 2026

Improper authentication in OAuth Single Sign On – SSO (OAuth Client) through 6.23.3 allows remote authenticated users to call restricted AJAX actions. Various plugin AJAX handlers omit authorization checks before executing their registered actions. Subscriber-level access is sufficient; the public record does not identify the individual handlers or bound the resulting unauthorized changes more narrowly.
