Transient WLAN denial of service via malformed fragments

Improper input validation in Qualcomm WLAN Host firmware allows remote attackers to cause a transient service interruption. During frame defragmentation, the WLAN Host parser accepts malformed frame data without adequate validation and enters the denial-of-service condition. No authentication or user interaction is required, but a crafted WLAN frame must reach an affected chipset; the documented consequence is limited to transient loss of service.
