Unauthenticated RCE via arbitrary PHP upload
Published Apr 16, 2023 · Updated Feb 6, 2025
Unrestricted file upload in InfotelGLPI Positions before 6.0.1 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary PHP code. The front/upload.php handler uses the name query parameter as a filename and writes the raw non-multipart request body into that file without restricting its extension or content. No authentication is required; placing a PHP file beneath the web-accessible plugin path enables commands to run with the web server's privileges.
