Browser script execution via request_token.php path injection
Published Jul 14, 2022 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
Cross-site scripting in i3geo 7.0.5 allows remote attackers to execute JavaScript in a user's browser through request_token.php. The public disclosure demonstrates code injection using HTML appended to the endpoint URL but does not identify the source-level output operation that fails to neutralize it. No authentication is required, but a user must follow the crafted URL; execution remains within the user's browser context.
