Unauthenticated service interruption via malformed multipart header

Out-of-bounds write in OpenBMC bmcweb 2.12 and earlier allows remote attackers to interrupt the service via a multipart request. The multipart_parser accepts a long, unclosed HTTP header without a colon and writes one byte past a heap buffer. No authentication or user interaction is required, and repeating the request loop exhausts availability by interrupting bmcweb.
