Code execution via malicious request dependency

Malicious dependency inclusion in drxhello 0.0.1 allows attackers to execute code and access secrets through the request package. The package's dependency chain installs a separate malicious package named request from a configured index, introducing its backdoor code into the Python environment. Exposure requires installation of 0.0.1 from an index or mirror that still serves request; public sources do not disclose the backdoor's exact trigger or privilege-escalation operation.
