Conversion-process crash via empty HTML title

Heap-based buffer overflow in HTMLDOC 1.9.15 allows remote attackers to crash the conversion process via crafted HTML input. The htmlGetText routine treated a nonnull, zero-length title as text and entered its concatenation path, causing out-of-bounds heap access before write_header emitted the title. Processing HTML containing an empty title can terminate the conversion job, and the published assessment limits the resulting impact to availability.
