Server file disclosure via unsanitized username path

Path traversal in ICEcoder 8.1 allows remote attackers to read server files by submitting a crafted username to the settings endpoint. lib/settings.php incorporates the POST username into a configuration filename, and Settings::serializedFileData reads the resulting path without restricting it to the data directory. Unauthenticated network access to the endpoint is sufficient; exposure is limited to files readable by the web-server account.
