Database compromise via arbitrary query execution
Published Oct 13, 2022 · Updated May 15, 2025
SQL injection in ResIOT IOT Platform + LoRaWAN Network Server through 4.1.1000114 allows remote authenticated users to execute SQL. The /ResiotQueryDBActive endpoint accepts the form-encoded query value as a PostgreSQL command under a database superuser context. Administrative platform access is required for a direct request; a separate CSRF weakness permits induced administrator requests that dump or modify database content.
