DNSSEC bypass via forced CD-bit caching

DNRD 2.20.3 allows remote attackers to weaken DNSSEC validation by forwarding and caching DNS queries with the checking-disabled bit set. The daemon preserves CD=1 when querying upstream resolvers and reuses the resulting answers for clients that request validation, so forged responses can be accepted when an attacker can inject DNS traffic. The issue affects the integrity of name resolution; exploitation requires network access to the forwarder and a separate response-injection capability such as man-in-the-middle positioning.
