DNSSEC bypass via unchecked CD-bit caching

DNSSEC bypass in dproxy-nexgen allows remote attackers to bypass upstream validation by sending a DNS query with the CD bit set. The caching forwarder stores the answer obtained with checking disabled and later returns it to clients whose queries require checking. Direct DNS-query access is required, and connection hijacking additionally requires forged-response injection through a man-in-the-middle or routing attack.
