Unauthenticated command execution via Telnet login

OS command injection in Fortinet FortiTester allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands through the Telnet login component. The login handler fails to neutralize shell metacharacters in attacker-controlled Telnet input before passing it to the underlying shell. No authentication or user interaction is required; successful exploitation runs commands in the appliance's underlying shell and can read, change, or disrupt its data and services.
